Employer’s legal obligation

Every job has to be register at the URSSAF (union for the collection of compulsory professional social security contributions and for distribution of family allowances), including familiar job (URSSAF: 03 88 83 22 22).

Work of foreign students (outside the European Union or some newly members of the European Union): The hiring is subject to the holding of the temporary work permit and a yearly hour quota. Please refer yourself to the “work of foreign students” section.

Many modifications: it is now to the employer to take steps for the work permit. To get more information, please contact the foreign workforce service at DDTE. (Local head office for Work and Employment)

The employer guarantees to pay the guaranteed minimum wage (commission and percentages not accepted.) and, for the individuals, to respect the price list of the CROUS hereunder (we do not spread the ads for “au pair” or “room against services”.
