The temporary residency permit

If you are citizen of a member state of the European Economic Area European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, of Switzerland, St Marin, Andorra or Monaco :

• The National ID or the passport
• Certificate of Attendance
• Certificate of funds
• Certificate of health insurance
• 3 ID photos
• Birth certificate (only for the first demand of the temporary residency permit)
  

If you are citizen of another state

• The passport and the “long stay” visa (only for the first demand of the temporary residency permit)
• Certificate of attendance
• Certificate of health insurance :health insurance card or student card with the mention “ social security”
• The proof of the existence of the minimum amount of money required to come to France
• A tax stamp ( except for citizen from Algeria)
• 3 ID photos
• A proof of domicile (lease…)
• A birth certificate (only for the first demand of the temporary residency permit)
• Request for a medical examination on a special form (only for the first demand of the temporary residency permit)
