| Internet network in the university residence hall of the CROUS |

 Students moving in a university residence hall of the CROUS are able in most of them  to access the Internet network thanks to plugs on the cable network for 10 euros per month.This is made possible first and foremost thanks to the availability of the Osiris network and the computer team of the CROUS.

In last resort, after several attempts of installation, if you are still unable to make your configuration work, you can send a question to informatique@crous.u-strasbg.fr.
You can also call the help-CROUS number +33 (0)3.88.21.28.18 only from 13h00 to 15h00 from Mondays to Fridays (except holiday and exceptional closing): an installation help will be available on phone only. A referring student comes to the residences once a week on evenings, consul the schedule.
