From the beginning of the school year, to eat in every university restaurant and cafeteria, you will have to use your Pass Campus Alsace which will only be delivered by the University of Strasbourg and the University of Haute Alsace.
It will be the only way to access and eat in the university restaurants.

This Pass Campus Alsace is a multi-purpose prepaid card. (System called Moneo)
This card will be delivered in the registrar’s office of UDS and UHA.
Once they deliver  your Pass Campus Alsace (student card), you will have to fill the card before going to a university restaurant.

Ask for your Pass Resto U in your university restaurant. It is the only way to access the university restaurants and cafeterias.
To get your Pass Resto U, go to the front office of your restaurant with your student card or another document proving your student status and an ID.  The CROUS will then deliver your Pass Resto U. Fill it before going to a university restaurant.

You can also refill in the Moneo terminals in your bank (or your parents’), in the Post office, and in most of the public call box with the Moneo logo.

If you lose it

In case of loss, theft or malfunction, you can get a new card at your registrar’s office. Attention:  the amount of money on your Moneo will not be refunded.
Any replaced card will be charged.

How to check your Moneo credit on your Pass Campus Alsace/ Pass Resto U ?

You can check on the Moneo terminals and the public call box with the Moneo logo.
Remind to check regularly not to be short of money at the cashier.
